Medecision is looking for a Vice President, Client Partner, a passionate power contributor who blends extensive experience in CMS and/or State Medicaid, solid account management skills with proven experience in engagement strategy.
THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU, IF…
You, as the VP, Client Partner, are responsible for cultivating relationships with existing Medicaid and Medicare customers. This individual is responsible for defining strategy, service, delivery and serves as the single point of accountability for his/her designated accounts. This individual will also represent the entire range of company services and solutions to assigned customers while leading the account planning lifecycle and ensuring customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company.
The leader for this position has successfully led a SaaS-company renewal, account management, and customer success team with experience across high volume customer accounts with high touch requirements. Additionally, this person should have experience with large-scale partnerships and strategic account management. This person thrives on building processes and structure for successful interactions with Medecision customers and executives. This is a huge opportunity to become part of an expanding team, with the potential to help define the vision for how we support our clients.
