    Medecision is looking for a Sales and Finance Administration Manager, a detail-oriented power contributor and multitasking pro who can work independently and cross-functionally to empower one of our sales and account management teams.




    You, as the Sales and Finance Administration Manager, will join the most active client-facing team at Medecision to create and maintain efficient revenue-creating processes and procedures. You will plan, develop, track and support assigned aspects of account management and sales operations as part of a team ensuring customer direction is in line with corporate strategy while capturing unique opportunities designed to maximize customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.


    This is a huge opportunity to become part of an expanding team with the potential to greatly contribute in both customer success and company revenues. Your primary responsibilities will be to:

    1. Partner with sales and account management staff on most steps in the process from client request through contract execution;
    2. Improve on and maintain the contracting processes that serve Medecision’s clients and internal business requirements;
    3. Establish standards, maintain standard reports, and generally promote the use of systems such as Salesforce;
    4. Conduct financial analysis and data for budgets, commission plans, forecasts, and participate in regular financial meetings with company leadership;
    5. Support the creation of client proposals and other presentation materials; and
    6. Support the sales and account management team as needed.


    A strong candidate for this position has experience in a similar role at a software company with revenue over $100 million and more than 50 clients, and has a track record of building processes and structure for account and sales teams operating in a complex environment.


    Reports to: Vice President of Customer Experience

    Location(s): Remote

    Travel expectation: 10% to 20% for company and team meetings




    • Managing complex processes while driving business needs forward
    • Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel across a mid-sized organization
    • Building processes and structure for account management and sales staff with a focus on enhancing the customer’s experience, resulting in continued loyalty to Medecision
    • Word, PowerPoint; and master-level at Excel and Salesforce
    • Preferred experience with ForecastEra
    • Producing regular, value-add reports and dashboards that drive strategic decisions
    • Being able to quickly identify and implement improvements to operational systems and practices
    • Maintaining confidential information including compensation and personnel data




    • 7+ years of experience at a technology company or in the sales/marketing sector
    • 5+ years in sales support and/or applicable experience working with contracts and producing financial reports
    • Extensive experience with financial modeling and producing revenue forecasts
    • Ability to work independently and a desire for service-leadership
    • Passion for innovative efficiency, organization, and process
    • Exceptional communication and analytical skills



    • Demonstrated ability to stay organized and bring process and order into complex, high volume sales environments
    • Advanced Salesforce platform competency in a sales environment context
    • Expertise in conducting detailed financial analysis and forecasts, and then producing business recommendations based on your analysis
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
