Medecision is looking for a Senior Director of Marketing, a passionate power contributor who blends a strategic marketing vision with proven hands-on content marketing and funnel acceleration experience. 



You as a Senior Director, Marketing love to serve as a key partner to the sales, market development, consulting, and client partner teams ensuring optimization of marketing investments to deliver against our goals focused on thought leadership, content marketing, and funnel acceleration. You will be responsible for managing all pipeline efforts including driving the strategic direction of the pitch, the vision and strategy of a digital Medecision, demand generation and the ongoing development of sales enablement tools for the teams to utilize in their pursuit of opportunities. You will have direct impact on our ability to execute our sales and marketing vision by integrating, amplifying, and driving home a differentiated message to the marketplace and prospects creating compelling reasons for new customers to purchase our solutions.

  • Partnering in cross functional teams such as product, market development, sales, customer experience and other key stakeholders to ensure that demand generation efforts are aligned with revenue objectives and goals while leveraging market intelligence and field influence for asset creation.
  • Developing and tracking key metrics, leverage agency partners and internal teams for platform management which will drive and leverage an updated digital presence and strategy including web, social, mobile to accomplish our content marketing and funnel acceleration goals
  • Leading the development, management and evaluation of lead generation and management programs and pipeline model.
  • Managing the creation and execution of strategic demand generation plans, which include webinars, email programs, nurturing campaigns, advertising, and content syndication to meet quarterly lead generation and sales opportunity pipeline goals, as well as recruitment for field marketing events.
  • Meeting MQL (marketing qualified lead), SQL (sales qualified lead) goals by segment and persona
  • Delivering marketing assets to drive revenue recognition, pipeline growth and customer loyalty.
  • Participating in the process of replying to RFP/RFI as the key voice of Medecision brand.
  • Developing campaign content focused on value, customer pain points and/or critical business issues.
  • Defining KPIs, generate dashboards, and produce weekly campaign reports (e.g., webinar registrants, campaign metrics, paid media performance metrics, net new leads, new orgs, conversion rates, etc.) for ongoing management and measurement of success.



  • Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Preferred
  • 10+ years’ experience in Marketing
  • 5+ years’ in a leadership role managing a team in a matrixed organization
  • 5+ years’ in healthcare and/or healthcare IT industry
  • Proven success in managing large digital marketing budgets and optimizing digital media spend across channels to maximize performance against key metrics
  • Demonstrate strong creative instincts balanced with very solid strategic and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to operate independently while establishing strong working relationships with co-workers and cross-functional teams
  • Experience in marketing on all social media channels
  • Extensive understanding of online marketing industry trends and tactics
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships
  • Excellent communication skills with proven success in gaining buy-in from senior leadership.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills
