You, as the Solutions Marketing Manager will support the development and delivery of the marketing strategy, positioning and messaging for our solutions. This means identifying market opportunities, defining key market differentiators, developing optimal positioning and messaging and guiding commercialization through the product launch process. This includes supporting the development of product collateral, selling aids, and presentations as well as content to support demand generation and customer marketing activities.


The Solutions Marketing Manager must be a strong leader who is passionate about connected, data-driven software solutions that help healthcare organizations realize profitably and effectively manage the populations for whom they assume risk. This role will directly support the VP, Marketing Services to drive measurable pipeline growth and partner with Product Marketing to secure valuable product benefits and proof points to synthesize insights and deliver innovative, successful go-to-market execution.

  • Developing product and solutions content that resonates with customers and partners such as case studies, white papers, thought leadership contributions, sales collateral, client presentations, videos, and social media copy.
  • Working collaboratively in a matrixed organization with teams such as Product Marketing and Product Solutions to develop & manage successful product launches and roll-out activities.
  • Collaborating with Sales to ensure Product Marketing materials meet their needs and partnering with Sales in evaluating and responding to customer requirements.
  • Developing a deep understanding of customer and market needs and behavior through primary and secondary research, market trends and competitive analysis and positioning.
  • Functioning as a recognized company, industry and product expert.




  • 5+ years of experience in B2B software marketing or a related field, preferably marketing SaaS solutions to healthcare providers.
  • Domain experience in Healthcare or Healthcare IT.
  • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate go-to-market strategy, insights and recommendations to executive, sales and account management stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with all levels of the organization – emphasis on successful sales and account management relationship building.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability and desire to partner across the organization, with team members and external agencies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise executive-ready documents and interact with executive stakeholders.
  • Self-directed and self-motivated with a demonstrated strength in planning, organizing and project management skills to meet deadlines; is a master of prioritization and multi-tasking.
  • Passion to self-educate and keep up-to-date on the latest healthcare and SaaS trends.
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, IT or equivalent.
