    Medecision is looking for a Senior Proposal Specialist, a passionate power contributor who blends solid writing and proof-reading skills with proven deadline-driven project experience. This person will be responsible for developing responses to RFPs, ensuring proposal templates for unsolicited proposals are readily available to the sales team, and participating in a variety of other sales and marketing related activities.


    You, as the Senior Proposal Specialist, will be a strong sales support resource and facilaite the completion of deliverables from multiple departments throughout the organization. This role will directly support the Senior Director of Pursuits to drive measurable win rates from RFPs and other proposal submissions

    Location(s): Dallas, TX



    • Writing, editing, and assembling proposals for review by key stakeholders and process owners
    • Coordinating, assembling, and delivering proposal documents 
    • Maintaining, tagging, and refreshing content library within RFP management software (RFPIO, or other simliar automation tool)
    • Maintaining and updating standard proposal templates in an online proposal software tool (Proposify, or other similar automation tool)
    • Maintain internal resources for proposal development, source content, calendars, and other process coordination tools
    • Maintaining records of all proposal and RFP activity and tracking all deadlines within
    • Provide additional support to offer a seamless experience of team collaboration, such as dissemination of solicitation revisions, draft compilation, and other attention to detail
    • Creating, proofing, and editing prospect and client documents other than RFP’s (Questionnaires, Analyst Interviews, etc.) as needed



    • Minimum 3 years of experience including at least 2 years of experience facilitating and coordinating sales operations processes, including proposals
    • Preferred industry experience: Proposal coordinator and/or other sales operations functions for packaged software sales in the Healthcare industry
    • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends including but not limited to: Population Health Management, Accountable Care Act, Managed Care and Value-based Care a plus
    • Solid grasp of SaaS technology as it relates to B2B software sales and marketing
    • Prior work experience in any or both of the following roles is required: Marketing, Sales
    • Preferred Education: B.S. or B.A. in Business, Marketing or other related field
    • Excellent communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to obtain, record, and disseminate fast-changing information across multiple teams
    • Exemplary written, verbal, and conceptual skills
    • Ability to manage multiple deadlines
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Advanced computer literacy: MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Ability to quickly review, comprehend, clarify, and relay detailed technical information
    • Excellent organizational, facilitation, and leadership skills, including a demonstrated ability to develop project workflows, delegate tasks, and drive internal deadlines
    • Demonstrated initiative, critical thinking, and problem-solving to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
