    Medecision is looking for a Client Experience Intern (part-time position), a passionate power contributor who blends solid healthcare knowledge with proven software system, Microsoft Office experience, along with healthcare technology career objectives.




    You, as the Client Experience Intern, are interested in making contributions while learning by providing entry-level administrative, clinical and support services to the client experience department and gaining first-hand experience in the healthcare marketspace and healthcare technology systems.


    Reports to:  Vice President, Client Experience

    Location(s): Philadelphia, PA



    • Understanding software systems and platforms
    • Research, problem solving and have strong analytical skills
    • Engaging with virtual team members
    • Documentation and creating customer facing manuals
    • Following basic instructions and completing the assigned task
    • Creating presentations and collecting data and metrics



    • Basic understanding of US healthcare system
    • Completed 1 year of Undergraduate education in Science, Math or related fields
    • A desire to pursue a career technology and/or healthcare
    • Superb organizational skills, attention to detail and focus on results.
    • Strong ability and desire to learn new areas of healthcare technology and work on a diverse range of assignments.
    • The drive to be thorough, proactive and work well in a team setting.
    • Confidence and are a self-starter.
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, work efficiently, manage projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
