    Medecision is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager, a passionate power contributor who blends exceptional communication and relationship building skills coupled with proven full life-cycle recruiting expertise with a focus on delivering a world class candidate and hiring manager experience. This role will provide strategic recruitment support and talent pipeline strategies for designated business areas.

    You, as the Talent Acquisition Manager, enjoy driving the full life-cycle recruiting process while impacting talent acquisition strategies to reach desired business outcomes. You are a natural relationship-builder with candidates, business stakeholders, and executive leaders. You have a knack for sourcing strategies and enjoy the hunt for top talent. You excel at driving actions forward while managing expectations to all involved. You are a strong business representative and can articulate key differentiators that advocate the company as an employer of choice in a competitive talent market.

     

    Reports to: Chief People Officer

    Location(s): Wayne, PA

     

    Responsibilities

    YOU’RE GOOD AT:

    • Leading full life-cycle recruiting activity for designated client groups with a focus on technical skill sets.
    • Supporting candidates throughout all stages of the recruiting process and ensuring a world class candidate experience.
    • Collaborating with internal partners to deliver comprehensive support to client groups in full life-cycle recruitment processes.
    • Partnering with client group leaders to understand hiring forecasts, recruiting priorities and filling critical hiring needs in a timely manner.
    • Coaching and influencing the interview process to incorporate capability and competency-based assessments during their interview.
    • Having a culture-first mentality to ensure we hire the best possible talent.
    • Being an active member of the People & Culture team, assisting with setting standards, best practices, and leading creative process improvement projects.

    Qualifications

    YOU HAVE:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent additional years of education and experience
    • Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated recruiting experience, in a corporate environment, with a strong focus on technical skill sets within Engineering, Product Development and IT Operations.
    • Experience partnering with business departments within the organization and driving recruitment strategy.
    • Preferred experience in healthcare technology and SAAS.
    • Demonstrated experience building effective relationships and gaining credibility with hiring managers and executive leaders.
    • Proven success in building effective sourcing strategies and implementing creative approaches to attract talent while establishing talent pipelines.
    • Ability to understand job requirements and business impact to help formulate a clear value proposition for attracting high caliber candidates.
    • Proven ability to assess external candidates for capability to perform job requirements (i.e. culture fit, competencies, and other requirements).
    • Experience managing key metrics and providing impactful analysis to leadership.
    • Preferred experience with iCIMS applicant tracking software or similar tool.
    • Preferred background with leveraging social media in recruitment.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and exciting environment.
