    You, as the Director, Solutions Marketing, are a strong leader who is passionate about connected, data-driven software solutions that help health plans and care delivery organizations profitably and effectively manage risk for populations they serve. You collaboratively integrate and execute Go-to-Market plans across the company including Marketing, Product Management, Technology and Sales teams. Your role is highly visible and accountable to Senior Leadership to synthesize customer insights and deliver innovative, successful go-to-market execution.

    Location(s): Wayne, PA; Dallas, TX; remote




    • Leading development, execution and rollout of Solution GTM content for current customers, prospects and opinion leaders.
      • Working collaboratively across marketing, product management, demand generation, sales and account management activities to develop, execute and measure effective GTM plans.
      • Directing and collaborating with agencies and outside contractors to execute GTM tactics and tasks.  
      • Advocating for the value of Aerial offerings with customers, industry analysts, press, and sales representatives.
    • Generating competitive positioning, value messaging, sales enablement, launch plans, and promotional programs to support Aerial solutions, services and offerings:
      • Developing compelling collateral/marketing assets and sales enablement materials.
      • Delivering solutions content that emphasizes differentiated value with target customer sets such as case studies, white papers, thought leadership activities, sales collateral, client presentations, videos, and social media copy.
      • Generating enthusiasm for key customer use cases of Aerial solutions and services across the company and with customers.
    • Functioning as a recognized solution marketing, company, industry expert
      • Developing a deep understanding of customer and market needs and behavior through market, customer, and competitive analysis.
      • Collaborating with functions across the company ensure marketing materials meet needs to engage and partner with customers.



    • 10+ years of experience in B2B software marketing or a related field, preferably marketing SaaS solutions to healthcare providers
    • Required - Domain experience in Healthcare or Healthcare IT
    • Required - Software as a service (SAAS) for solution delivery
    • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate go-to-market strategy, insights and recommendations to executive, sales and account management stakeholders
    • Demonstrated ability to engage with all levels of the organization – emphasis on successful sales and account management relationship building
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability and desire to partner across the organization, with team members and external agencies
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise executive-ready documents and interact with executive stakeholders
    • Self-directed and self-motivated with a demonstrated strength in planning, organizing and project management skills to meet deadlines; is a master of prioritization and multi-tasking
    • Passion to self-educate and keep up-to-date on the latest healthcare and SaaS trends
    • BA/BS degree in Marketing, IT or equivalent, MBA preferred
