    We’re looking for our next Liberator – a Business Development Director, Digital Health Market – to join our quest to provide market-transforming solutions for businesses, care teams and consumers to interactively manage health and care.

The Director, Digital Health Market plays a key role in establishing and cultivating deep relationships with prospective and current clients. The Director, Digital Health Market will serve as a trusted partner in selected growth segments and adjacent markets by successfully differentiating our digital health products and services that solve health payer, provider and consumer needs. Ultimately, the Director, Digital Health Market is responsible developing and managing a robust sales pipeline, while closing sales opportunities to meet and exceed defined sales quotas that contribute to our revenue growth strategies to achieve outstanding financial results.

     

    Specifically, this sales executive will focus on our growth strategies within our Digital Health and Consumer/Member Engagement market segment. Digital health is evolving rapidly and is poised to change healthcare as we know it.     Reports to: VP, Digital Health Market

    Location(s): Remote - US, Dallas, TX; Philadelphia, PA

    Responsibilities

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Ability to clearly articulate back to internal stakeholder’s the market’s needs and desire for digital health solutions, in particular digital consumer / member engagement
    • Prospect, qualify and cultivate new leads and opportunities through networking, referrals, lead generation campaigns, industry conferences, webinars and other sources
    • Create and execute strategic and tactical account sales plans for penetrating prospective and current clients with an ability to identify and create value-add solutions, pricing proposals, and new business opportunities, including related sales, operational, service and deployment and contracting resources
    • Leverage existing relationships and contacts within the healthcare industry with a unique ability to build trusted partnerships at all levels of the organization by defining, addressing, and executing short and long term strategic initiative
    • Effectively utilize negotiation, closing techniques throughout the sales cycle, while leveraging strong decision making and problem-solving skills with both critical and analytical reasoning skill
    • Contribute as a thought leader for product enhancement with specific focus on the advancement of digital health, digital engagement and population health management

    WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

    • Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience selling & closing technology solutions within the healthcare provider, payer and consumer markets, with digital health engagement experience preferred
    • Passion for understanding and solving healthcare organizations’ business problems that drive positive results
    • Expertise in business and IT strategies with an ability to craft business solutions to complex business problems
    • Experience with a solutions-selling methodology with strong consultative skills, such as Miller Heiman
    • Proven track record of establishing, cultivating and maintaining executive/C-suite relationships with ability to leverage existing network and those in position of influencers and champions, etc.
    • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with effective negotiation skills to close complex transactions on a deadline
    • Pedigree of integrity, credibility and trust for ethical conduct and corporate values
    • High degree of technology proficiency with Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
    • Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree highly preferred

    Qualifications

    WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

    • To meet with cross-functional Medecision stakeholders and opportunity to demonstrate your to market knowledge via a mock client presentation
    • Responsibility to lead and motivate others in a direct and matrix environment through change that is inherent at a fast-growing and constantly evolving company
    • Ability to travel approximately 50% to prospective/current clients and relevant conferences in the US, representing and presenting the organization’s solutions
