    We’re looking for our next Liberator – a Business Development Director, Care Management Market – to join our quest to provide market-transforming solutions for businesses, care teams and consumers to interactively manage health and care.

The Director, Care Management Market plays a key role in establishing and cultivating deep relationships with prospective and current clients. The Director, Care Management Market will serve as a trusted partner in selected growth segments and adjacent markets by successfully differentiating our standard products and services that solve health payer, provider and consumer needs. Ultimately, the Director, Care Management Market is responsible developing and managing a robust sales pipeline, while closing sales deals to meet defined sales quotas that contribute to our revenue growth strategies to achieve outstanding financial results.


    Specifically, this sales executive will focus on growth strategies within our Care Management market segment. Our Care Management market segment is responsible for highly consultative or solution based selling of the complete Aerial product eco system. We offer a complete population health product portfolio that offers our customers a data platform, analytics, care coordination and workflows as well as customer engagement. Our goal is to work as a strategic partner to our customers and identify the appropriate solution to facilitate their success.

    Reports to: VP, Care Management Market

    Location(s): Dallas, TX; Philadelphia, PA; Remote-US



    • Prospect, qualify and cultivate new leads and opportunities through cold calling, referrals, inbound leads, trade shows, webinars and other sources; accurately maintain and share pipeline
    • Create and execute strategic and tactical sales plans for penetrating prospective and current clients with an ability to promote customer account health by identifying and creating value-add solutions and new business opportunities, including related budgets and required sales, service and implementation infrastructure
    • Delivering a strong strategic vision with the ability to create an innovative service while supporting the vision for the business with an understanding of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
    • Leverage existing relationships and contacts within the healthcare industry with a unique ability to build trusted partnerships at all levels of the organization by defining, addressing, and executing short and long term strategic initiative
    • Building, motivating, managing and leading high-performance cross functional teams and delivering effectively in both a direct and matrix environment
    • Effectively utilize negotiation and closing techniques throughout the sales cycle, while leveraging strong decision making and problem-solving skills with both critical and analytical reasoning skill
    • Contribute as a thought leader for product enhancement with specific focus on the advancement of Population Health Management and payer/provider integration


    • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience selling technology solutions within the healthcare provider, payer and patient consumer markets
    • Expertise in business and IT strategies with an ability to craft business solutions to complex business problems
    • Experience with a solutions-selling methodology with strong consultative skills, such as Miller Heiman
    • Proven track record of establishing, cultivating and maintaining executive/C-suite relationships with ability to leverage existing network and those in position of influencers and champions, etc.
    • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with effective negotiation skills to close complex transactions on a deadline
    • Pedigree of integrity, credibility and trust for ethical conduct and corporate values
    • High degree of technology proficiency with Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
    • Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree highly preferred



    • Responsibility to lead and motivate others in a direct and matrix environment through change that is inherent at a fast-growing and constantly evolving company
    • Ability to travel approximately 50% to prospective/current clients and relevant conferences in the US, representing and presenting the organization’s solutions
